Wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around your wrist, just above the wrist bone.
- Measure your wrist, e.g. 6.0 in / 15 cm
- Choose that measurement when ordering. No need to add anything.

Questions
Are the stones natural?
Yes. Every bracelet is made from natural stone, wood or seed. Pieces marked “Certified” ship with an independent gemological certificate.
When will my order ship?
Each bracelet is strung to your wrist size after you order, then inspected and shipped within 48 hours. Standard international delivery takes 7–14 business days; express takes 3–5 business days.
What if it doesn't fit?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll resize it for free, once. You can also return unworn items within 30 days for a refund.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Keep it away from perfume, lotion, cleaning products and heat, and take it off before showering or swimming. Wipe wood and seed beads with a soft dry cloth; rinse crystals with water and let them air-dry.
